  • CHARLES MANSON on acid at 1:42 LMAO!!!

  • craziest thing ever

  • Relaxing Music for a Sunday afternoon

  • Galactic Zoo Dossier is the Masterpiece but Journey is great too.

  • I just got GALACTIC ZOO DOSSIER some weeks ago---finally! It was expensive---but seeing as it was dang near impossible to find anything by Arthur Brown post The Crazy World, I was glad to finally get my hands on it---I recognize this song off of it---took me a minute, but I've come to like the whole CD--cool to see that there's some actual footage on them performing--I've always liked me some weird-as-hell experimental psychedelic '60's-'70's jazz-rock-R&B influenced madness--this fits the bill!

  • Wow what a gig.

I remember seeing him when he played in a pub in Cardiff's St mary St in 1995 to an audience of around twenty where he signed every album and cd of his that i then owned.

    A really nice chap aswell.

  • 1:10 jimmy page, lol

  • the burnt crosses are a bit dodgy

  • true norwegian black metal!!

  • Most the audience shown was on drugs apparently. Not much of a surprise really, considering the era. Lol

  • tripping to Arthur Brown's Kingdom Come Journey album is indeed a journey - musical genius and king of acid rock

  • @dharmathai

Since I got Kingdom Come's 1st album, can anyone tell me whether the 2nd and 3rd albums are worth slapping down some bucks, because they ain't coming cheap! Just asking---I'd really like to know since I've come to enjoy me some GALACTIC ZOO DOSSIER---the front cover with all the band's member's personal info is fun to read in itself!

  • @statelybird3 Get Kingdom Come, and also get Journey. Both are brilliant.

  • 1:46 Charles Manson

  • 1:10 Kirk Hammet?

  • Arthur is so good looking when he doesn't have his make-up on, and he's so cool and wicked with it on! :) I love Arthur Brown!!!!

  • Arthur brown, black & white clown, well good arfur

  • where alice cooper got his face paint, where chili peppers got fire hats, and the theatrics of later people like bowie, this guy was trip LOL, and occasionally would accidently set himself on fire, now that is rock n roll. and true, screamin jay hawkins wow you dating yuorself doom

  • Galactic Zoo Dossier is still my favourite album of all time

  • I know...and so many people haven't heard it...the last track on side one...OMG

  • Man! Forget Ian Gillian and Murray Head (and I'm a fan of both); Brown could have sung both the Jesus and the Judas parts in the original JC Superstar recording and still have had voice and energy left for Pilate and Herod!

  • awesome

  • hi arthurbrownmusic, where's a dvd? was it ever produced?... I'd like to buy one. I bet it'd be amazing. I've joined your channel and will keep looking for your updates.

  • Obama carries the MARKS OF THE BEAST.

This video will change your life and also the world soon.

See it at my page's video.

  • is a great music ,crazy, rare , wild ,like me, i am a arthur wilton brown fan ,from my 12 years old, and i am from: chile - south america ,now i have 51 years old

  • brown for mp, arthur that is the other ones useless,ha ha, arthur brown is not just a genius hes a god in terms of making inovitive music and teaching us all how it should be done, kingdom come is just beyond all music ever done

  • How do you get all this footages arthurbrownmusic? all i've seen from arthur brown it's been posted by you, and i find it really hard to find his records specially here in Mexico

  • I love Arthur Brown and find it rather trivial to blame Alice or Kiss for copying Arthur. It's funny how everyone forgets that Arthur Brown took his inspiration from Screamin' Jay Hawkins.

  • forgot about screamin jay hawkins, lol, yeah it great seeing this old stuff again.

  • One of my favs of the time..

  • Alice Cooper says that he was influenced by Arthur Brown. I can see the similarities, especially in the visual department. I love both of them, but Arthur came first, so I guess I am more partial to him. :D

  • It's lunacy, but it's great! :D

  • woopie satanic hippies! haha this is the best.

  • One of the most underrated musicians of our time, too bad he is only remembered for Fire. The man is genius.

  • I agree Arthur is a genius

But he release too many average LPs in the '70s, so peaople count those against him, imho

  • come see my Kingdom Come video...

  • First time I heard "fire" I was amazed. Waaaaay before KISS, ALICE COOPER, MARILYN MANSON, ETC. There was Arthur Brown, scaring the shit out of the establishment way back in the late 60's. Listen to Ian Gillan............see the similarities there, too? The guy is a fucken genius........Vincent Crane (keyboards) was incredible. There is hardly ANY Guitar or Bass on the 1st album......it's all keyboards!

  • Arthur was an originator, for sure, but Alice released his first album in 1969, and Kiss formed in 1972, so I wouldn't really say Waaaaaaaaaay before, but I'm sure they owe him some props.

Marilyn Manson-about as "shocking" as Madonna. I'd bet they sit around having corporate board meetings on their next way to "shock" people...

  • MAUAHAHAHAAHAHAHHAHAAH!

  • cooooool :)

  • Arthur Browne was the first Goth, long before anyone else. I've always had a lot of respect for him. He's certainly one of the most original performers of his generation. The burning crosses were an unfortunate decision, as a theatrical device, only because burning crosses summon images of the KKK for most people.

  • Arthur Brown is one of the great British Rock Eccentrics, along with Keith Moon and Syd Barrett.

  • Great ! I still have the double LP Kingdom Come 'The Lost Ears' that begin by this song !

  • great record!

  • Oh oh oh...I missed your commentary on the future dvd release of this material. Fabulous ! Not only his adult fans but also the newer generation should spend some time watching this. Thanks a lot ABM !

Thanks a lot for ever Mr.Brown !. I was born on a very distant land and never had the chance to see any of this but, judging by what is seen today, this was THE era where definitive rock took shape.

  • i saw him in a local art college in newport

    south wales uk

    very early 1970s

he played an aprox 2 hour set non stop

he was amazing i met him in the afternoon

while paying for a ticket to see him that night he was just sat in a office having a cup of tea it was a time when is hair was cut

shorter on one side than the other

the whole 2 hour set was great

that was his kingdom come days

  • David Koresh dead leader of the Branch Davidians in the first few seconds?

  • Two Things:

    One: Great Song

Two Where Can You Find Other Albums Of Arthur Brown Other Than Crazy World?

  • You Have To Order them I think. Great song, Great And Getting Greater.

  • Right at the first second isn't that David Koresh?

  • before there was kiss...before there was black sabbath...before alice cooper...THERE WAS ARTHUR BROWN!!! end of story

  • I have 2 Crazy world of Auther Brown and Galactic Zoo album---I have never seen another Galactic Zoo Album before--Both Albums are great

  • does any one have time captives???

  • I have time captives track as mp3.

cotact me and i will send it to you.

  • I have that track time captives if you want it just let me know

  • Its on the 2nd Kingdom come album "Journey"

  • I need more cowbell!

  • Cool Shit he's a LEGEND

  • ABM, do you mean Kingdom Come will be released on DVD or the Glastonbury 1971 movie ?

  • You really like "Journey" more than "Galactic Zoo?" To each their own I guess. The album I never understood was "The Lost Ears."

  • I don't know how to upload from LP's (vinyl)

I wonder if the CD reissue version replaced the turntable shutting off with --perhaps-- several minutes of skipping/stuttering like CD's do when they hit a little scratch...!

assuming the album was reissued on CD in the first place. Seems one of the local radio stations has an LP vinyl copy of some rare Crazy World stuff..ESD East Side Digital perhaps?

  • This clip of him rocks.

  • Real nice to see this again,I have seen this band in Rotterdam in '72 and to this day it has been one of the most influential and well remebemred gigs i have ever seen. And music is my liufe i have seen hundreds of gigs, really.Arthurs "Galatic Zoo Dossier" Album was something like a national anthem or bible to me and i landed on this site cause i googled ur name once again.YOU MADE QUITE AN IMPRESSION MR. BROWN!

  • I thought the bit on Galactic Zoo Dossier of the turntable rejecting & shutting off was a hoot. I actually got up thinking the record was over.

  • It tricked me too the first time yes. BTW talking about that album...I only have an unplayable version of that album left..In case you have it...How about you upload it and i upload the rare "BBC 1968 sessions"?

  • I'd send you the album in exchange for that recording! I only have the CD version though...

Is the the session with John Peel?

  • my favorite band KINGDOM COME with Arthur, of ALL time, i went to ALL there gigs around where i live, chester, liverpool, manchester, north wales , stoke, best gig was at Kellerston College in Deeside plus Chester ( Quintways ! )

  • Good old Arthur!

And the crowd at glastonbury still look mostly the same these days:)

    Thanks for this clip!.

  • King Arthur I. of psychedelic rock, a true legend and still a great performer, I saw him in Berlin last year.

  • Very cool, thought the PAL speedup takes away from it a bit. (Song should be in E rather than F.)

  • One of the best albums from the seventies is "Journey" by Arthur Brown's Kingdom Come, even better than Galactic Zoo Dossier, IMHO - I have both. I believe Arthur Brown's Kingdom Come were the very first to use a drum machine on stage. I saw them three or four times in the seventies and they were awesome.

  • Incredible! I've been looking (and waiting) for this 'infamous' footage for ever! Can't wait for the DVD! Keep it coming, and thanks Arthur.

  • Its INTERNAL Messenger. Galactic Zoo Dossier is one of the greatest albums in existence.

  • depends if you are listening to the single or the album at the time hehe :)

  • Really? I didn't know they had two separate names. I don't suppose you know anything about the DVD that was supposedly going to be released this year, of the gig at the Astoria last year?

  • Yes its still in the works!!!!

    Best

    Matthew

  • Freakin' sweet. I was right at the front at that gig. Hearing Galactic Zoo Dossier almost in its entirety live was one of the best experiences of my life!

  • damn dude your lucky! wish I could've experienced it :( the downfall of being 17

  • It was only about 2 years ago. I was 18 at the time. It was a sort of reunion gig. I've seen him live twice in 2 years now.

  • ooo i thought you meant the show on the video, i didnt catch the comments before, still your lucky, Im faaar away from there :(

  • So am I, I had to take a train, and then stay overnight in London. It was well worth it though :)

  • @arthurbrownmusic 4 Years and still no sign of it!!

  • With complete different lyrics yes.

  • @MastersApprentices It is Internal Messenger+Creation+Gypsy Escape

  • sounds fantastic i'll have to check out the Glaactic Zoo Dossier album.
