looks nice...:) but could what could you use if you don't want to use fenugreek leaves? and could you use ginger paste instead of ginger pieces? Thanks, can't wait to try.:)))
Thnx Manjula aunty. After a tiresome day, I was on the way home thinking what should I eat and got the idea of making mushrooms. Then straight to your videos and I'm gonna make it now. I'm sure it'll make my dinner WOW.
I didn't have green peas. I made it with corn instead.Came out very well. Very easy to make especially since Onion is not invovled :). Also I used Ginger garlic paste instead of sliced ginger and preserved mushroom.
Awsome dish i think this is a jain version may be because there is no onions and garlic. But i am sure this will be delicious i am going to try this tomorrow. THANX
thanks for the video it tasted really good...i used cilantro instead of fenugreek but still tasted really good..if you have a recipe for egg curry please send it to me ... i love indian food.. good luck and thanks once again
manjula aunty.....i m pallavi..and i love ur dishes! i live in USA far away from my mom,nd seeing u here reminds me of her! i have tried this recipe nd bhindi masala recipe nd i luv them! thank u so much!
Thanks Manjula Ji.. I just made Mushroom... I "m making Mushroom as I write this.. I didn't have peas so I just added some other ingrediants.. I hope it tastes wonderful.. Thanks again..
You can get fresh fnugreek leaves in any Indian store. It also comes in frozen and dry leaves, in frozen you can find it as Methi and in dry leaves known as Kasoori Methi
Thanks again, Manjula. It's tempting to just microwave a Swad dinner, but it's so much more satisfying to cook from scratch because you get to smell the food while it cooks.
Thank you so much Manjula, for inviting all of us into your kitchen. You are so generous to share your wonderful recipes with us. I've learned so much watching your videos. Thanks again.
I love her recipes and u-tube site. I enjoy learning how to cook such healthy recipes that taste delicious too. Thankyou, Manjula...your food is great!
You have the cleanest kitchen in the whole country!
This recipe looks very tempting. I'll try it this weekend. Until it's warm enough to grow methi, I will have to use the dry.
I know everyone wants you to do more desserts, but I always look forward to your savory dishes. Please don't spend too much time on desserts. We need good, healthy food to feed our families. That's what you give us.
All your recepies are very good and simple.... I have started cooking from past one year... So such recipies inspire me.. thank you....
