normally its the items that unlock the armor. u may need sinister cloth or tigrex fang+ i cant remember

have u unlocked the cat? lvl 9 dual tigrex is quite simple, just dont fight them when they are together. i did it in 20 mins. and rare 8 deathstench helmet u nid master's skull. do a high lvl gathering quest and go to the place where u can pick up bones. keep picking up till u get it.

do u use LS? im a LS user and i use true devil slicer to fight it. u might want to bring 1 shock trap, 2 trap tool, 2 genprey fang, 5 flashbombs and ancient potion.

once you get to the hight rank guild quests, then you kill a high rank hermitaur and you get its high rank stuff which you use ti make the high rank armour =)
