sometimes not a s gud. i cut mi bangs and they were short as hell..they grew to normal length eventually but i suggest proffesionally done

lol it depends cuz some professional hairstylist cant get the right style. I never let anyone touch my hair and I've been cutting my hair for like 4 years +. It just takes a lot of practice but yeah, if you have the patience then you can mess around with it, and use the thinning scissors. but if anything you should just get it done by someone trust worthy like a hairstylist lol.
