If you want to record but still be able to talk on skype you have to have a headset or speakers that use usb not audio. Basically you have skype coming from your speakers and the game from your headphones or vis versa. 1 plugged into the audio jack 1 plugged into usb. You just tell fraps to record the audio for the game. Hope that makes sense.
