In case anyone is unable to get the jump/stretch bands, you can use a standard Ace bandage roll as a substitute. It's obviously not the same, but it allows you to experiment with some compression tack and stretch. It's been effective for me.
I am going to become a physical therapist. Where are you learning these kind of techniques? Is there a cert for this or just normal stuff you learn at school? Some of my friends who are PTs here in Norway have not even seen these awesome techniques...
