As far as the cheering and yelling through the bowlers approach this is another inane concept the PBA initiated to try to get the fans involved and hopefully gain more popularity to the sport. As can be imagined it never caught on and was discontinued the next year.

Dave Arnold's style reminds me of Del Warren when he was on tour. Del is now a coach at Kegel.

Arnold was better but Del was great too, not sure why he quit touring so early. But I would say Del Warren had a lot higher rev rate than Arnold. Arnold is a pure stroker.

That shit would piss me off. I'd tell everyone to shut the fuck up. Bowling is like golf, any tiny mess up on your approach and your swing and it jacks up a shot entirely. These guys have got to be feeling the pressure on television anyway, but when you have these retards yelling out, it's hard to keep your mind in the game.

chris doesn't have a flashy or crazy release. were you even watching the video?? chris is nice and controlled, not a high backswing, comes up, and rips his fingers out of the ball.
