It's amazing to me the character assassinations going on right now. One thing I'll say of Beck, he's pretty good at separating a person's character from their politics. I heard that entirely monologue in its entirety, and he said he barely noticed Obama's race because it's not about that. It's about his policies. The Left (of which I've been a part on and off) needs to spend more time discussing the issues and less time worrying about Glenn Beck. When you get personal, you always lose.

But I kind of understand what he means when he says that I don't know if that sounds racist I hope not as I'm not racist. But I think he's trying to say if you were listening to Obama simply listening you wouldn't nessicarily associate him as being black. Sometimes Al Gore spoke with an (as Hairy Reed put it) black dialect (including a FIRE & BRIMSTONE delivery) when he was speaking in front of an African-American audience. Other times, Gore spoke like a WHITE WOODEN HONKIE when he was in front of a Caucasian audience. Hillary did it, too. Lots of white Democrats do that (come to think of it).....

OK, I couldn't find ONE video or article that has Beck bashing Bush. Not ONE. However, I also could not find ONE video of TYT's bashing Obama. Having a guest, (Mark Kennedy who criticizes the bailout doesn't count, his words, not TYT ) Yankees/Redsox, or in Cenks case Patriots/steeler. There are actually many video's of Cenk being critical of Obama, the best one is the video of cenk saying that Obama is a polltician and not a leader, and called some off his stances pathetic, and he's even called the democrats pathetic and weak, Beck has yet to mention the two pastor's who wished for Obama's death, but then he wines about the hate on the left.

The more I learn about Beck, the more I don't like him.....but, could you please paste a video of TYT's being critical of O? I typed in about 30 different phrases and never could find one. You make it sound like they are easy to find. Pastors calling for his death? I would revoke their non-profit status, for a start.

Let me break it down to you, when you imply that someone acts white or black, you are actually saying they fit a narrow view of the race as a whole, while Obama is mixed you wouldn't know it just by looking at him, Glenn Beck was calling him white based on the way he talks and carries himself, then says he noticed the blackness when he heard he played basketball.

OK, so where is the YTurds show about that comment? (typical white person) I NEVER said I agreed with Beck on his comment and I don't. As a child of white civil rights workers, I don't know how someone is supposed to act because they have blue eyes, a big nose, red hair and no athletic ability. Beck's comment is wrong. Isn't it racist against whites to deny his mothers' whiteness by calling him black. How come 50%white / 50%black = black? That is saying black>white. Why not 50w/50b =white? Since I know what a terrible insult that would be to be called white, logically we need to use a term that describes his 50/50 ratio. How about we say he's Brown? That seems accurate. Then he won't be guilty of the crime of being white.

Brown is the label often given to east indians are west indians of indian decent. It sad that thats just the way the cookie crumbles today...half balck means all black...to the point where the entire world has forgotten this man has a white mother...i have a biracial daughter...and regardless of the fact she is very light skinned with green eyes...she is still proclaimed to be black..thats just the world we live in...

I believe most people consider bi-racial ppl as being black, because history in America usually has shown that blacks no matter how much of their background is white, if they can not physically pass as a white person....then they are black.
