The Advantage's goal is to recreate retro video game music with a four person band to the best of their ability, and they do this amazingly. They don't do "heavy metal remix" type stuff which is why I like them, they stick to how the song originally was.

"Best" is an opinionated term. In my opinion, Powerglove makes some of the best covers out there for video game songs. *shrug* Musically I think they sound better, have cleaner music, and know what they're doing more of the time.

Heck, I'll even say S.S.H. is better than both of them. *shrug* It all depends on personal opinion. So if you like them the best, then that's fine. Don't say they ARE the best though, because that statement is never universally true.

Anybody can play something FAST and make it as loud as possible. The Advantage use DYNAMICS. That takes talent.

For those who didn't recognize the beginning, that's the intro from NES Castlevania 3 Dracula's Curse where you enter your name before you start. Then of course after that was level 3 from the 1st Castlevania.
