@icecreamgirl1230 Uhm, TONS of people go on pointe at home. Its not bad, It's actually recommended at many studios. There are LOTS of videos on pointe at home; It's not bad
You are not going up on pointe fully, you are putting weight at the back of the box, I noticed you did the is at the beginning if the vid. Also the crown if the shoe seems a little high, you might want to try putting in a toe pad to fill it in a little, but it's best to see the advice of your techer and pointe shoe fitter.
yeah, please don't be dancing on the tile.I don't think your ready to do echapes yet ,they need to break in more. rise up through the feet. you look really good in them, and by the time you've been on them for about a year or 2, the top front of your feet will curve along in the shoes better. ask your teacher what you can do for "homework". make sure you aren't doing anything that might hurt you. keep up the good work!
o, and don't bend your knees. that leads to falling, or twisting an ankle.
I wouldnt do echapes just yet. I think for now you need to stick to relevees, and rises and make sure your can balance on those. When you do your echappes your knees are a tiny bit bent, never bend knees when going en pointe. Overall the shoe looks nice on your feet, i think you picked a good shoe, but when rising always go from demi pointe to full pointe so you can work your feet properly. but overall for 2 weeks thats really good. i am actually impressed!! well done, keep up good work!
yay athletic legs!
