both the A and B sample of Marlene Ottey tested positive. It was not a rumor. There was a positive result for steroids in both samples. Whatever happened later behind the scenes to change the ruling is questionable. But she is not the only example of a Jamaican using steroids. Jamaica does not have a steroid testing committee watching over it closely. One should not be so naive to think Jamaicans are not using steroids.

Jamaica always did good in track & field. Majority of the Americans are using steriods and think that they are better. Jamaican compete from as early as 3yrs old in Infant schools (Kindergarten) and they never stop until the Oympics.
