It seems from what I can tell, everyone's first playthrough only uses ghost because it's easy. (Thats what the creator intended, with the list of things you killed) It makes sense if you did, because ghost comes back to give you what you deserve for taking the easy way out without caring for the lives of all those others. In the end it shows you what you've done., and you pay the price with irony. :3 *casts curse-ward over self* Good thing I'm a mage.

Well, In japan theres a saying, that when you CURSE someone you dig two graves. One for the person you want to kill and one for yourself. This has been represented over and over again in manga like naruto, anime such as hell girl, as well as other games such as Siren: the calling. Its a long held japanese belief and if as you said earlier the hack was horribly translated and all that it would not suprise me in the least if it came originally from japan. love the story btw :]
