I can't believe a cop arrested him. He should have been given a reward. These shit hawks are a pest and a nuisance. They should cull 75% of the gull population in Canada and do the same thing with the Canada Geese. They are becoming a pest and a threat and actually attack you in parks and wherever they congregate. Cull 3/4 of the Geese population and feed the homeless with them.
