When I play the last mission, I like to blow all the panels, take out all but 1 of the accelerators then flew through the back of the SOLG and shot the V2 with the gun :D its awesome. Goes well with the music.

dont fly really fast but make sure your goin fast enough to make it through without hitting the closing doors. also if u have trouble try to use novice controls for that mission if your not already using them.

@Matsuba83 Once you hit the target, kick in the burn full power.

The very last obstacle is much easier if you go to it faster, since you have plenty of clearance on the shutter closing from above rather than trying to weave through the arches.

Take a plane that has multi-target missiles (the Typhoon is my favorite for this) so that when you get to that last section you can just fire off a salvo and not worry about trying to aim at the enemies when you're trying to dodge the scenery.

the guy play as in AC5 face gets covered cuz think about it. the guy suppose to be you your self the player. which makes it even better makes it feel like your part of the team. also AC5 IS one of the best games ever made with a great story line like Metal Gear Solid. also AC5 has one of the best sounds tracks ever made for a video game. that has emotion in the music that gets the player to have these emotions during a situation. l

Ace Combat 5...one of the best video games ever made...ever...you get soooo freakin close to seeing your guys face but choppers freakin elbows in the way!! (RIP Chopper) he almost made me cry...AC^ made me lose ALOT of faith in Namco...I was so excited about that game...those cutscences had nothing to do with that game really...imo at least lol.

You play the game entirely though, and, at first glimpse, your like, "This is the end stage---" until you finish the fight with the Belkin squadrons. THEN you see that huge thing full of nukes, and what really sets the mood for this--- this song. This song pumped me up so much, I practically played it a few times over just so I could hear it. Love it.

After AC5... AC6 was a let down. lol

i swear that if it didn't have this awesome music i wouldn't be able to get into the mood of the game and play as good as i do, with the music in the background it like gets your blood flowing and you can just get motivated and your actions are like instinct, extremely epic win.
