I would say 13-30 would be someones peak era. so if you were born in 58 for example you would most like music from 1971-1988. Or if you were born in 1935 you would like 1948-1965 mostly. Or born in 1980 you would like 1993-2010. That being said there are no age rules when in comes to music. I have meet 13 year olds who like Zeppelin, and 70 + year olds who like "moves like Jagger"-Maroon 5 (even more than Beatles), and my Grandma likes Train and she is 75.

Lots of people commenting about happy memories of Europe in the '80s. I remember dancing to this at outdoor clubs when it first came out, on my honeymoon. On a rooftop in Greece, on the beach in Spain, at Oktoberfest in Munich, along with "Sweet Dreams" (Eurythmics), "Don't You Want Me Baby" (Human League) ... Never knew the name or the artist. Was on a cruise ship recently and heard it for the first time in about 25 years, and found it here. That wife is gone, but oh, well. Amazing memories.
