how about 3 big elastic bands and 3 slanted nails (equiv) on the harp? I've always wanted to play with 2 bows but have never trusted any of my 'contraptions' to adequtly hold my dear sacred ol' psaltry. this is purrr fect!!

btw, LOVE the PVC harp kits! I think I know what the kids are getting for X-mas...

this was the original prototype. the new version is easier to tune. you are very perceptive

one question... isnt that harp a total pain in the ass to tune with the tuning heads being covered by the bowed psaltery?
