ey mate, i got this program. It looked good until when i put in my frap recorded stuff, the resolution for them was 1920x1080 and it looked great, but for some reason the program downgrades the the vids to 720x480 and i cant find a way to put em back the way they were, any ideas?

@hockeyowns22 You're probably recording the wrong video input. There's two video inputs and you can choose composite or S-Video.

Hi there, ive been looking for good quality settings for pinnacle studio 14 and yours are the greatest ive seen. i changed my settings same as yours. but once i replayed my video the video seemed to go in slow-mo then speed back up and speed alot more liek fast fowarding. was wondering if u can help me. thnx =]

If there is 'no signal' go on your xbox and go on console settings.. then display, then screen format, and change it to pal - 50 ( or if that doesnt work try others)

I hope someone can help me too. My Dazzle 100 came with DVD creator. I needed more editing capability so I purchased Studio 14. But even though I can select my Dazzle 100 in Studio 14, the preview window always says "no signal" or something. Did I miss a switch somewhere? This video looks great from coming off a console. I hope to be able to get up and running soon. Help!!

@smokytyrz just had the same problem dude. try updating your drivers. (i dont know if this makes a difference but unplug your dazzle while you install them) i aint saying this will work, but it did for me

Hey, did you ever have any problems with audio or video lag while you recorded? because whenever I record with mine, either the audio is faster than the video, or vice versa. (its dropping alot of frames every time i record and I don't know how to fix that)

@LawlessLaw It didn't work for me. I think Studio 14 isn't compatible with Windows 7, so I got Sudio 12. Works like a charm.

I opened the import page in Pinnacle Studio 14 and with my Dazzle plugged in I selected "DVC 100" from the left "Import From" box and then selected MPEG and 16:9. Then I clicked the "start capture" button.

hey i need help. is there any way i can record in 720x480 without dropping frames. im getting really sick of the limited quality. i have windows 7. 3.00 gb RAM. and 250 gb hard drive. do i have to downgrade to xp to get better quality or is there a way to bring my quality up.
