Umm, this is NOT a lat pull down. You are pulling with your back first and then pulling your arms in while the weights have their up momentum. The weight are pwning you at the top cause you can't keep them up their at all. Either lift heavy with proper form or don't do it at all, you are just risking a injury to yourself and not gaining anymore strength or size doing it that way. There is a difference between explosive speed and just bad form to get a rep.
Good job man, and I don't get why people are giving you so much shit on your form. Funny thing is most of them probably cant even do 200 clean...
