In one of the Austin Powers films (the second one, I think), Austin stated that only two things scare him, and one of them was midgets. He said they "smell like cabbage" and have small hands. So, when Nigel Powers smells cabbage, it's a reference to the little people Austin so rightly fears. I mean, look at Mini-Me, he's a wrecking machine! He's a killer of men! He's a terrifying figure! I'd say he's a towering figure of evil, but he's the opposite of towering. I don't know measurements.

Man we need another Austin Powers 4 for some good ol stupid humor like the first 3 had. They were so good because they stood out from the typical spoof comedies. They used their own humor.
