we have three fire extinguishers 1 with 3 and 2 with 6 kg of dust one truck carry 600 to 1200 litres of diesel and btw nobody died

The Finnish traffic school teaches all the rules that would be needed to avoid this. Keep a safe distance correspondent with your load, braking distance, speed, line of sight, weather and surroundings like tunnels just in case the front truck runs out of gas in a tunnel and stops ahead of you. These guys drove too fast and too close
