They wouldn't do it again here. Also, the camera just happens to be following the guy who eventually steals the wallet before he even stops to look at the frozen people. The guy who tackles him also just happens to be standing next to the building watching him while those around him are moving.

Well, how did the camera guy knew to follow the bad guy's every moves as soon as he came in the picture before he even did tried to act suspicious? And for a pocketpicker, that bad guy sure is well dress. And normally, a small kinda chubby guy is very unlikely to make a younger more fit guy his victim. The easier and more helpless victims in that scenerio would be the two chicks. Bad guys normally go for easier targets. It makes more sense to them.

I don't know. The wallet thing might have been faked, but the camera guy was watching a lot of people as they walked by, following them to get they're reactions. And most pick pockets will usually go after male victims because they're wallets are much, MUCH easier to grab and conceal than a woman's purse is.
