In a documentary Clarkson said the chassis was designed by lotus,the brakes are some other manufacture as well as alot of other components in which make up the underside of the gt are all made by other companies. The only MAJOR components ford designed were the engine and body.And many people would complain if tiff gave the Z a award one year and not another.And new cars come out quite often so a better car than the Z is bound to come out sooner or later.
