  • you cant call those proper she never full extended and the push ups her back was bent

  • I'm a 60 year old male and can do 16 fully extended.

  • haha. Ok well I have no upper body strength AT ALL (i cant even do one normal push up..) but at least I have stamina for long distance running!!!

  • If this guy didn't seem physically 20 years old it'd be a lot less wierd that this was his daughter.

  • i feel like a wimp i can only do 10... but then again im a 200 lb man lol....but none the less she did really good. :)

  • thats cant be real

  • wow!

  • excellent job

  • you look just like the fighter jorge rivera and then i notice her last name is riveara although spelt differently... are you related?

  • @ISlandyute11 No relation that Iknow of. Thanks for your input though

  • I want girl like you are, my is not intrested in this :/ really good work !!! :)

  • Those are 20 pull ups the hard way, @ 20 she willed it and that says a lot about a persons spirit, great work and as you know ignore negative or stupid comments. God Bless

  • she didn't go all the way down. still fairly impressive though.

  • damn girl can i have yo numba?

  • I counted 0

  • very good, but they weren't full arm extensions

  • FAKE she is not in the kitchen

  • Well done Danielle, I know these are tough. I must start doing these again, even in my prime I couldn't do 20.

  • i can do 21 pullups with one finger while playing chess using my toes and reading the newspaper...hmmm :P

  • @yyydanyyyy oh yeah !!! I can do a pull-up even w/out the bar :)

  • Before you bitch about the lack of full arm extension, statistically the average man cannot do.... 1 pull up, so SHUT UP!

  • @XmasToys Thank you for pointing that out, she did not use full range of motion but still they count in my book. Doing 10 is hard fully extended as a grown man so people need to get lost with trolling comments.

  • I can pull up outside your window.

  • awesome job, and done the correct way also nice

  • they were still pretty damn good. as for the dude, your head is too big, e.g. you are not big enough to walk around w/ jeans and no shirt, add more food and work to your diet/training and gain at least twenty pounds of lean mass.

  • not pullups

  • Hi. I watched a few videos on youtube with girls and boys doing push ups, pull ups and stuff, compared them to myself too. I saw that girls are getting a little tired faster but keep going many repetisions after. A boy is not getting tired that easy but when he does, he can't go musch more as I girl. What do you think?! Oh, by the way, nice pull ups. Greettings from a small country, named Romania. Ha:)

  • Sarah Connor.

  • not bad at all but like gaareval said full extension of the arm is very important for a proper pull up, i started with pull ups like this got to 10 in no time then started doing full extention was back down to 4 now im up to 12 :) bad form though

  • i can do more and i am only 14 :)

  • Monks work out in a lot more clothing than that; so is there any logical reason you two have to be dressed like that? Are you trying to sell your daughter? damn, the things people will do for attention and money is just disgusting. Have fun missing the point to life =P

  • @Duja1014 twit. they have credibility by showing their fitness. it is also motivating to see ripped bodies. IF you are a beginner like me. any wanker can show techniques but underneath layers of clothes is out of shape..... but he/she who has "it", is much more believable to me.

  • @sidhartha1 LMAO... what elementary grade logic. You need to be convinced that when you work-out you get results; you're an idiot. THis guy is selling his daughters image to get more views... that's it. This is despicable on every level conceivable for the simple fact that that's his daughter. Here is some advice: stop looking for somebody to motivate you and do it because you want to do it.

  • @Duja1014 interesting reply. you must be an out of shaped troll lady that only has friends that are cats, and has never been asked on a date - to scroll vids just to post your negative thoughts. get a life. watch it, or dont, but no one in this world needs your dirty/negative thoughts. and your statement -"This is despicable on every level conceivable for the simple fact that that's his daughter." so based on YOUR self-righteous mind, a use of a different lady is acceptable? perhaps - mom?

  • @sidhartha1 LMAO; you got me all wrong. But it's okay i understand that your type likes to jump to conclusions to bring things into a realm that is familiar to you; a realm with less thought than my shoes. Yes if he had his wife in there it would be completely different.... but i bet his wife left him already for being a crazy self righteous pervert. "Sidhartha1" I understand the buddhist way of acceptance; but to ignore something like this is just being blind, ignorant, and cowardly.

  • @Duja1014 Why oh why do you "better-than thou" knobs always judge. who made you god? AND assume. YOU are the one that jumped into conclusions by attacking this nice man n his kid. why? and also stating his wife left him!! WTF??? who are you? get a life n stop hating vids, less its one of animal cruelty or hate crime. nitwit trying to act smart. GO away.

  • @sidhartha1 i love you "everybody is equal no matter what" kinda people . I'll tell you what makes me better: the effort, time, and thought I put towards becoming better. you calling him a nice man is you jumping to conclusions. I simply made an observation. Would you have your daughter be filmed in the most unnecessary work-out outfit next to you with your pubic area almost exposed. I'm not hating; I’m stating how unnecessary it is to be dressed like two hookers. it's great a girl can do 20PU

  • @Duja1014 LOL..... ok miss self righteous.... i aint going to waste time with your holier than thou, self -contradicting rubbish. bye bye.

  • @sidhartha1 How did i contradict myself? Do you know what self-righteous means? What does being mentally and morally superior have to do with being holly? If anything you are self righteous for not being logical and acting like you are.

  • really good form dont see that many girls that can do pull ups like that, except the ones that look more like dudes with suspicious frames ;p

your girl defo all woman wish they all looked like that :D

  • Let's just go with a 'Congrats' on this video. There is no 1 way to do anything. She did 20 partial rep pullups (with a pretty good range of motion actually) and did a great job. I'm a 26 year old father of a 4 yr old daughter, and I can truly appreciate the achievements and the things this guy has done for his daughter. (Good job 'Daughter'! Lol)

  • Congrats! Makes me feel weak lol because my record is 20 pullups! :D But I know your daughter has been working out longer then I have, and she's more fit then I am. :D Keep up the great work. I wonder how many can she do now? How many can you do?

  • how many can you do?

  • how many can you do if your hands are all the way on the sides of the bar?

  • wow very impressed. Just saw a few of your vids and i am happy to say that your dady raised a beautiful person god bless you both. My question to you is whats your diest like ?

  • im a beast and i cant even do that many pull ups in a row

  • @alienhacker51 then your not a beast ;D

  • Pretty good, you must fully extend your arms though. I don't mean to take away from your performance,i have never seen a female do that many before

  • is this in a ware house, where kidnapped foreign nationals get water boarded?

  • she is stunning :-)

  • RRRRrrrrrrrrrrr!

  • Are her arms supposed to be fully extended when she goes down. ? I do it like that in case i ever wanna do a one armed pullup my shoulders will be in much condition.

  • Why has he got his shirt off?

  • Just a simple quick ?? But ummm can she come spot me :D lol

  • Sarah O conner eat your heart out! well done! : )

  • solid work great job holding static and not kipping... it'd be nice to see full extension of your arms but either way that's awesome to see a lady rock a good number of pull ups

  • @gaareval Thank you, I will try to put up some full extensions pull ups soon... Your input is appreciated!

  • @THEPILLAROFTRUTH That was definitely badass, you'd make most of the guys I know feel insecure with their strength lol!

If you're looking to get stronger you will definitely benefit a lot from the full extension, because that's where your teres major, traps and rhomboids will have to do the most work. At first they are a lot harder but once you get used to it they are no big deal.

Whatever you're doing now, I hope you're having fun!

  • @THEPILLAROFTRUTH

I very much agree with the full extensions but this is still very impressive. My hat goes off to you.

  • too busy looking at her ass <3

  • strange looking kitchen... :P im jkin nice job

  • @sskinner99 I can do 15 of those with full extension, but my palms face the opposite of this girl. I can do around 12 with my palms in the same position and I only just started pullups 3 weeks ago. I can do about 40 regular ones.

  • i am 12 and i can do 35 but im not sure if i am doing them right :)

  • damm thats skill

  • they're not full pull ups, but still a very nice feat.

  • those are 90 degree pullups...

i cant do 20 but those are still easier then a normal pullup...(full pullup)

  • i hardly know any girls that can even do 1

  • @THEPILLAROFTRUTH What is the the cute little girls name, so I can give her a proper comment for a proper pull up... Also just curious as to how old she is, when I was younger about 7 or 8 I used to do pull ups on the monkey bars and it just brought back some nice memories for me, Thank you for that : )

  • Hey awesome video, check out the video by my sister, she did 21 pull ups! I don't know if you went all the way down, didn't look like it, but she did! I was thinking maybe you can give her an encouraging comment! Awesome vid!

  • Will you date me?

  • A challenge for your girl: one arm pullups, 2 each arm. other arm hanging down, is she strong enough?

  • nice i prefer wide-grips a bit more though

  • CAN YOU AND YOUR DAD TRAIN ME ?

  • Fantastic, excellent shape !

Keep the great work up !

  • that was awesome. i just did pulls up yesterday and only managed 10

  • should be so proud of yourself for it?.. Yes, I'm a former Marine- a former Corporal who's now finishing his last year of college! So, now what? lol And despite what USMC standards are, that doesn't mean that there aren't "tough ass" Marines who can barely do 4 or 5... So yes, this girl is kicking mad more bootay as an unrepresented CIVILIAN than a surprising number of MALE Marines can do!!! Nuff said..

  • @SuperCutt (this is why I hate i-phones...)

  • congrats....as a guy i can't even do one....you have inspired me!!!!

  • @sp1ke789 I was in the Marine Corps, buddy. I know how they do pullups

  • @SuperCutt Good for you...I'm still in, then you should know about dead hangs they don't even count the rep in the Marines if it's not a dead hang.

  • it's because of his goatee that hee's cool

  • Very impressive. I struggle to do 14. Although I weigh 245 pounds. PS You could have pulled out one more.. "There is always one more!"

  • nice job!

i should try 2 hold my hands the way she did...i do mine the oppsoite

  • @Rover7898 Thanks girl! he only difference between my grip and your grip is that your grip is focusing on your biceps as the primary muscle where as my grip focuses on your lats and rhomboids...Both are great workouts

  • @THEPILLAROFTRUTH hahaha the only difference is pull ups with you palms facing you are for pussies who can't do a REAL pull up

  • @THEPILLAROFTRUTH When performing underhand pull ups it places your biceps in a stronger position allowing you to do more pull ups. Usually your biceps will give out before your back does when you're in the position you demonstrate in this video.

  • She's in awesome shape! No disrespect, but a pullup doesn't count without full extension of the elbow;) Still, most women can't even do one at the range of motion she's using here! I don't know a single woman who could do what she does, props!!!!!!!

  • @willpowerfitness25 locking joints. This means that you are letting your joints support your weight instead of your muscle. If for example you try to hold at her max extention versus a dead hang position you will notice the dead hang is quite a bit easier. full extention is bad for your joints, and easier / less strain on your muscle, it is cheating.

  • @Ivereadaboutit Locking joints on pull ups does not damage it. I have injured my left shoulder from doing shoulder presses and dead hang pull ups with weights 45+ lbs does not hurt it. I would agree with your if you were doing push type exercises such as benching but dead hang pull ups dont hurt the joints. And Dead hang is harder because of the distance your chin has to travel and from ground zero position (note: no resting, lock elbows, then explode up) is a full rep pull up.

  • @flipbulance Dead hang is easier because you get a rest, where the muscle is not tensed. With the arms slightly bent, the arms are constantly under stress, thus making it harder.

  • @UltraEpicLoser If you are resting when doing dead hang pull ups then you're doing it wrong/cheating. If you read my above comment i put in "(note: no resting, lock elbows, then explode up)" There is no such thing as a pause on a dead hang. As soon as u lock those elbows you "explode" back up again no pauses. That is a true dead hang pull up. Whenever you see people doing dead hangs and pausing at the bottom, they're cheating.

  • Does anyone in your family own a shirt?

  • @THEPILLAROFTRUTH JUST SAYING,, if i looked like tht i wouldnt wear shirts either.(:

  • @THEPILLAROFTRUTH save money.lol

  • @THEPILLAROFTRUTH Greatest response ever! :)

  • @ilizashlesingerrocks is it bad that i dont wear pants either?... JK :p

  • pretty impressive even though she isn't fully extending arms at bottom

  • Very cool indeed, how old is your dad, now I am thinking it's possible he had you when he was quiet young....but you are one gorgeous strong woman....incredible...

  • I don't know how old your daughter is but 20 pull ups is really impressive for a girl (This is coming from a guy)

  • wow this is way more impressive then the 50 pushups...awesome work!!

  • I want to know how many pullups i have to do for your dad to let me marry you.:)

  • Very impressive.

However I think not training joints in full ROM can create more imbalance and stress . Even in the dead hang position with the shoulders packed is not going to create much stress in my opinion. If you come down with control in each rep and not slam the elbow into hyper extension.

Still great jobs lets see some MMA fights!

  • xaxa incredible :S

    marry me :DD

  • IMPRESSIVE ! You are both fantastic !!!

  • Not trying to take anything away from her but she really didn't lock out her arms when she came down....again much props to commando barbie though.

  • incredible O.O i cant even do one of those.any tips to me so that i could do at least 1?

  • awesome strength

  • very impressive ,you must be a very proud father ,you both look amazing. i am 45 and i can do 27 pull ups (dead hang )on a good day ,have you got any advice for preparing for a one arm pull up ?thank you ,and keep posting your inspiering videos !

  • Damn.. I know Marines who can't do half that amount. Much props to you for that! You're like a femme fatale. I'd hate to feel how hard you can punch! LOL You're very beautiful.

  • @SuperCutt Thank you for the kind words

  • @SuperCutt no offence but if a marine cant do half of that then thats pretty sad.. still 20 pullups for a girl is like 40 for a guy

  • @SuperCutt Nonsense. Just because one can do lots of reps in pull-ups does not mean they can punch hard. To punch hard it takes specific training....To just punch hard alone you'd also need stronger pushing force from muscles that push, such as triceps, chest, shoulders, some what lats possibly........But pull ups alone do NOT promise strong punches, trust me.

If you want to punch not only stronger but much better then one would have to work on how a punch is perfectly delivered with technique.

  • @AndyHarglesis Oh, I c. Well, tell ya what, expert, how about letting her sock you on the chin, and how about having you repeat that remark afterwards. Chances are pretty darned good that she can punch pretty darned hard, punch training or not, as she has great upper body and core strength, so she is probably not a light touch. Yeah, let's see ya take that hit on the chin or on the nose, and lets hear ay talk then.

  • @SuperCutt Because Marines do proper form called dead hang pull-ups meaning all the way down locking the elbows and chin above the bar. Not saying she didn't do a good job but don't knock on the Corps.

  • @sp1ke789 locking joints. This means that you are letting your joints support your weight instead of your muscle. If for example you try to hold at her max extention versus a dead hang position you will notice the dead hang is quite a bit easier. full extention is bad for your joints, and easier / less strain on your muscle, it is cheating.

  • @Ivereadaboutit I understand what your saying but going half way down isn't considered a full rep, a dead hang isn't cheating it's proper form and a full rep and dead hangs are no way easier because it's like pulling from the starting position. Get on a bar and do 5 half reps then 5 dead hangs you'll see which one is harder.

  • @sp1ke789 Yeah after you said that I watched this again, she should go down lower even for what I'm talking about

  • @SuperCutt that's because we are required to do dead hangs, which means your chin goes over the bar and you arms lock out all the way on the way down, now try twenty or even ten of those...are you a Marine or a former Marine, if not STFU....

  • @bigmodaco Yeah, I'm quite well familiarized with what Marines are required to do for pullups because... I am a former Marine! Oh yay for me! But do I tell people to STFU!? No, and you wanna know why, meatball? Because despite what USMC standards are, there is still a good number of self-proclaimed "hard" Marines who can barely do 4 or 5.. So yes, this girl is kicking mad more bootay as an unrepresented CIVILIAN than a surprising number of MALE Marines can do and I'm not afraid to say so!

  • @SuperCutt Completely agree. I'm in the Marine Corps right now.

  • @groundWarrior5252 Semper Fi!

  • @JCTheSniper15

    Rah!

  • @JCTheSniper15

    Rah!

  • @SuperCutt Yeah right :) She doesn't even do proper pullups because she doesn't go down all the way. It's piss easy this way

  • @SuperCutt Marines do their pull-ups a little differently though. They must come down all the way or they do not count. This video is still impressive though.

  • @SuperCutt there are Marines that cant do 10 pullups?

  • ur a mma fighter right? :O

  • Respect to both

  • damn i hate pull ups

  • how much do you guys workout a week???

  • i belieeeeeeeeeeeevvvvvveeeeeeeeeeeeeee

  • woooooooooooooooooooooooooooow

  • чистый подьёб! полвыхода каждый сможет...

  • This is the first time I've seen a chick with the upper body strength to do 20 pullups that wasn't one of those steroid-using freak body builders. Impressive.

  • holy shit pretty good of a lady :P

  • danielle is obviously very strong. could she jerk or maybe even press her own bodyweight do you think?

  • these are not full pull ups b/c she does not return back to the begging stage of a pull up.but yes 20 pull ups from any female is very impressive.but can she do 20 behind the head pull ups?

  • she does a great job on the pullups but im a gymnast and i was tought to pull up to your nipples and back down to dead hang i understand though thats this is unessasry to some but i feel it is the only way to do it right not like those weak ass marine pullups.....btw i love the vids pillar release some new one buddy and hook up some secrets

  • U gotta go down to a dead hang, I'd like to see you do 10 with proper form

  • boss your pull up is half. not full. proper pull up is straight arm when going down.

  • impressive strength for a girl but never did one full pull up go all the way down. Still very impressive.

  • This guy's in great shape but he's not good in front of a camera, haha.

  • it would be more impressive if she didnt pop her chin at the top of each rep. its much harder to get your chin over the bar that way! still an inspirational video...this has made me want to train harder...

  • i keep thinking im out of shape , but i can do 20 one arm pull ups , and 30 full range pull ups.

maybe i should start training again

  • Truly impressed, I think she's ready for muscle-ups

  • everytime i see this vid, it just makes me want to go out and do lots of pull ups

  • very well done! how long did it take for you to get too 20 good job!

  • these videos rock. body weight exercises are my favorite. these are just so awesome

  • how can a pull up be considered 'good' (quality) if one does not completely return to the 'down/hanging' position? HOWEVER!! 20 pushups performed by anyone, especially a female (no sexism intended) is still quite impressive, even when performed in this manner. bravo~

  • Thankyou for watching, but to return to a dead hanging position puts unecessary stress on your elbows. The pullups performed in the video are still good form even though they are not as hard as dead hang pull ups. Thanks for the constructive criticism though.

  • I mean im still impressed...i just find going all the way down then back up a bit more challenging

  • yes man youre right .if u want to see something real impressive you can type in 50 pull ups made in germany

there is still another one where a guy does 100 proper knuckle pushups my faves

  • @THEPILLAROFTRUTH I have a feeling everyone gets caught up on the dead hang, because it's the standard for the US military. Not sure if hotboiblaze is from the US, or in the military, but it's become standard for a lot of gym-goers because of that. I've been trying to improve my dead hang pullups because I am going to make a run at OCS in the future, and I want to be as prepared physically as possible.

  • @hotboiblaze Yeah you said what I was going to say. I'm a Marine, and I don't know, nor have I ever heard of any Marines, Sailors, or SEALS ever having having a problem with their elbows, even though we all have to do deadhang pull-ups. ALL THE WAY DOWN, ALL THE WAY UP!!! She did do great though. Just during our "Physical Fitness Tests" we have to do them deadhanging ones, and as fast as we want too, so you can pound out a few more than you would if they were slow ones.

  • @askaboutRudyV That's cause we're Hard Corps! Oorah!

  • @JCTheSniper15 That's RIGHT. OORAH TUFFLEHOUNDE!!!

  • @askaboutRudyV Rah!

  • Rah!

  • I'm impressed...you all sould try military pull ups...do pull ups with your palms facing away and go all the ways down for 1 pull up

  • sounds like regular pullups to me what makes these military pullups

  • Good effort! I get to 15 and I hit the "wall" and begin to cheat. No cheating by your daughter.

  • great strength!

  • Everyone drools over the girl, and rightfully so, she's amazing.

But I'm lovin that guy. He's just so chill, and just oozes this aura of positiveness. No homo.

  • thank you so much we both train very hard and i am so proud of her.

  • can i do pull ups and chins up every day. Or should i do them every other day? I do 4-6 sets of chin ups and then i do bicep training with weights. Also, can i do press ups every day? Thanx .

  • chins are a bicep exercise, push ups are chest and bicep weight training obviously does biceps. If this is all you train you are going to run into problem, you should work out all your muscles; incl. shoulders, triceps, core & back.

You can do what youre doing everyday but you will see more improvement if you change up exercises and have rest days to allow the muscles to recover.... I know im not the vid owner but i've been weight training for over a year now and know what aids strength gain.

  • Thanx for your advice. Much appreciated.
