  • Dang... 10 minutes thats pretty quick. I have been following the 30 minute workouts from vastmuscle (.com) but if i am really limited in time I may just try this one.

  • It is quick and kind of unbelievable, and I get the skepticism, but it does work and work well. I've also got a lot of bodyweight workouts on here too that you might want to check out.
