@DustyProductions96 LeBlanc is a mage/assassin with a very high skillcap, relies on perfect combo execution and nuking single targets ; godlike early game, then falls off a bit in organised team fights. Lux is a mage/support who relies on kiting with crowd control abilities and kill stealing from afar, she's easier and fun to play, farms easily, good damage too.

The choice is a matter of playstyle, both are good, LeBlanc combos, Lux skillshots, LeBlanc is harder and scarier.

Just cause not many people play leblanc doesn't mean you just make legendary skins on tryndamere cause more people play him. You people just make legendary skins for the champs that people play a lot so that you can get the most money out of it. Make more skins for other champs as well. Not just the champs that always get played. This is a reason why I hate LoL. Making skins for popular champs so you can get the most money out of it and ditching the others.

It costs time and other resources to create a skin for a champion, If Riot suddenly decided for leblanc (Who already has more skins than some other champions) to get a legendary skin, Then they would have to get somebody in to make that skin and then they would have to patch the game to get it in.

By making skins for the MOST played champions, they are giving more to the League Of Legends community without using as much of their time and resources.

Which is thinking smart for them.

Without you feeding her shes forced to try to last hit minions with her weak AA. Ask for ganks from your jungler too. The phrase OP at least to me means that there is no designated counter to him/her. the counter to LB is CS and passivity.
