I like this, for the money it is fantastic. The only problem is that it's a bit crusher, and the original had a bit knob, so the point of getting a bit crusher without the control for the bits is just a little unsettling.

i'm pretty much sold by this demo. i'll be buying one in the very near future. the only thing that worries me is the part at 1:45 about the "scary amount of output on tap. you could easily overload your amp at the half-way point." what does that mean exactly? sorry if this is a stupid question, but i'm in no hurry to destroy my amp. does output refer to volume? should i just keep this thing below half volume at all times? sorry and thanks. can't wait to get it otherwise.

@Mattasaurusbot - Don't be frightened. It's harder than you think to destroy an amp with a pedal. We've been trying for a long time, and we have yet to succeed. A good rule of thumb with an unfamiliar pedal is to start with the volume low, and go gradually up from there until you hit the sweet spot. Use your ears. If something really bad is happening it should be pretty obvious. Thanks!

I had the original Geiger Counter and it was way too overwhelming for me...too many choices and no way to save more than one setting. This might be more my speed. Anybody got $200 I can borrow???
