R.I.P. Trish Keenan. Horrible news. I always liked this band a lot (especially the Future Crayon comp) and now an essential part of it is gone. "Before We Begin" (from the same record as this tune) has always been a mix staple for me. Just one of the best songs ever. "Winter Now" is pretty fantastic as well. Of course the best music is never for the masses but this is fine as we can be happy to have known and listened to this amazing music. FYI, the woman was ill--sneezing and blowng her nose--and didn't wash or wipe her hands. Worse still, it was a tight area, and that is how flu and colds, spread. Next, one of my relatives made the mistake of hugging the woman, and shaking her hand, as well as buying something from her, and exchanging money, for the product that she bought--so the high chance of exposure was all over the place. My 2 relatives got violently sick within a day and a half, and I was sick within 5 days.

BTW, I assume I got it from brief casual contact with a woman who just got back from a visit to China--she was on a buying trip for her store, where I met her. BTW, if you get sick, with flu or cold symptoms, go to the doctor right away, as they will typically give you antibiotics within 3 to 5 days of the ailment showing itself, after that, they tend to refuse, and you are forced to fight it on your own. Something to do with illness stages...and when, and when not to, administer antibiotics?

I got the flu almost 2 months ago--and I believe it was H1N1, and it is nothing to be played with. I am still having issues with it. I'm just tired and not as robust as I was prior. But having it, is scary. It starts as what seems to be a simple flu, or cold, and then begins to reveal its strength, in the form of some kind of walking pnemonia.

This is a shame--that she was lost to this virus. It is so senseless, but maybe this tragedy can serve as a caution to others?
