so then was this a show i don't really know i got a movie called this and i have no clue wat so ever its about the wicked witch getting a rainbow crystal to revive herself and i just thought it was a movie if you could clear things up that would be great

@luigi112344 It was a series in Japan, then it was edited down into a movie and dubbed in English as Galaxy of Oz.

The Skeezers are a people who live in a remote corner of the Gillikin Country. They are best known for their conflict with the Flatheads.

They live a more technologically advanced lifestyle than most people of Oz, with their submersible city in the middle of a lake, and their submarine boats.

During the Flathead conflict they were ruled by their queen Coo-ee-oh, a witch and a tyrant; the Skeezers were glad to be rid of her. (Glinda of Oz)
