There were early reports that expert FBI marksmen could not duplicate Oswalds shooting and this has turned out to be a myth. There were early reports that expert FBI marksmen could not duplicate Oswalds shooting and this has turned out to be a myth. Those facts were NOT related to motive according to Elmer Gertz, but referred to the damaging testimony of Sargeant Pat Dean, whose testimony was thrown out on appeal by TV cameras showing him in the basement at a time he was saying he was getting (uncorroborated) statements that were damaging to Ruby in the first trial and leading the jury to believe his act was premeditated. (and getting him a death sentence instead of jail time)

"true facts..." Interestingly enough, this is an anomoly in itself. Why would he not simply say "facts. "The world may never know the facts." Facts are true. Facts are not false. But of course, you can take fatcs to misconstrue the truth of an event. Coincidenatlly, this would give Johnson time to win the election in 1964 in his own name. And Vietnam started just before the election. Looks like arm twisting at the highest levels of power--but I just look at the facts.

I wouldn't read too much into what Ruby said regarding the TRUE FACTS statement. People screw up the language often and that is just a case in point. It's just like saying new and improved or stopping something before it starts both of which are silly things to say.

And also Oswald was working for Bobby in Bobby's anti-Castro campaign. Bobby although he didn't know Oswald personally knew of him and may have even met him. Again I stress Bobby didn't know Oswald personally but when Bobby was told about Oswald Bobby said: "If he's with the FBI. He's okay." Bobby for some reason trusted the FBI but did not trust the CIA. The point is Oswald was with the FBI AND the CIA. After the assassination Bobby led the cover-up not only of the assassination but of Oswald.

Bobby had to hide the fact that he had knowledge of Oswald BEFORE the assassination. The CIA played a very clever game against Bobby by ensuring that Bobby knew of and as stated may have even met - perhaps unknowingly been in the same room as Oswald. For Bobby even to be in the same room as Oswald was fatal. Perhaps the CIA had photos of such an event. The CIA compromised Bobby and therefore silenced killed any chance of an investigation from Bobby.

I cannot either believe or dis-believe in a conspiracy theory...but I find it funny that the general public cannot grasp the idea that one person or a small group of people can bring down such a big and powerfull person like a president without lots of outside help

Finally, I culminated my research with a visit to Dealey Plaza to get the lay of the land of the site of all the research.
