@crazyhotdog12 : umm if you look around on youtube as you said yourself, you will see many people hit 150+ with 2k-3k watts. the people that have 18k+ watts has 160+ db. look at steve meades tahoe, 20k watts (now 30k but the other 10k was to his mids and highs) he hits like 164 i think it was on one of his videos. look around on forums or go buy a kicker solo x and 2500.1 setup and measure it for yourself since you say im hitting 120. don't assume things because it makes an ASS out of yoU and ME

@MalibuLS98 : yea malibus do have automatic daytime running lights and the reason mine aren't on is because my car was in park. The headlights are shut off whenever the car is put in park and whenever the car is in drive, the lights turn on just like any other malibu

i have the same car but the back speakers are blown and i cant figure out how the get the back speaker covers off. do you know how? thanks

@iCANjumpHIGHER : the covers just pull off. the clips that hold the cover on are slid in through slotted holes in the mounting spot for the speakers. the speakers are held in the sheetmetal by 4 screws

@pimpjuicepd : well i just recently got 10000k hid lights from ebay for like 30 bucks and you can't even tell they dim they are so bright. but whenever i turn my system to about 70%, which is what i usually have it at, my lights dim a little bit but not significant. when turned up all the way, they do dim but can't really tell that much unless closely paid attention

Hey man, do you got any voltage drop in your car with that amp running? are you running a stock alt?

@pimpjuicepd : no significant drop. i get around 15 volts on my optima yellow top whenever the amp is bearly hitting. yes a stock alt. no big 3 upgrade. whenever i turn it up, my digital reader says around 13.5 which is plenty of power for that amp. so all around i get enough power to power the amp. can run 24/7 anyday

@XxDash2coldxX cool. i got this car when i was 15 and now im 17 and i had to put everything on it. In my city they only have 35%, not 30% and i had the whole car done 20% at 140 i think it was, but i had to pay 10 more because it was another grade higher. so probably 120-130 for the whole car, also depending on your area. And my 20s aluminum i got at a local store here for 700 but theyre aluminum. Chrome of course is going to cost more, but i painted mine so 18 chromes, maybe 800? don't know bro
