This is the scene that disturbed me most. Most people consider the turtle scene the most disturbing, but the turtle scene doesn't get under my skin like this one. Imagine how fucking painful that is. It's unimaginably painful enough to get burned or have an open wound touched alone. The pain alone is probably what killed this guy.
