arnold could of had bigger lats, sharper abs and bigger legs, little smaller chest otherwise perfect. i am only talking small differences like 5-10 percent change bigger smaller or sharper. my opinion but arnold wrote in his book he did not reach his true potential because of his early training.

@Javeriffic I think Arnold was perfect just the way he was.Definitely he could have been even better if he wanted,but he won over all bodybuilders, no one could defeat him,so he didn't need bigger lats,bigger legs or sharper abs.Besides today guys have funny small,flat,lane chest,lack of biceps and their legs are too big to calves,their bloated stomach is disgusting.Arnold's 70s body in prime still much better at many poses like any biceps pose,most muscular,side chest etc. and 40 years is gone

I love how old bodybuilders has waist that is slightly smaller than chest , not like bodybuilders these days that their abdomen is as big as their chest , absolutely out of proportion in my opinion. Must be the effect of drugs .

Sooo much bigger then Sergio who he dwarfed with quality muscle. Even at 23 he had the mass with class that would not be seen till the late eighties or nineties and then not presented as well!

It about the complete package and Arnie had the best. His conditioning seperated him from Sergio, Ferrigno, et al. I myself would have loved to see Sergio or Lou come in that sharp. It just did not happen and lamenting it does no good.

Unfortunately i have not found any videos of mr.olympia 73,74,but i think i'm not alone with this.Arnold was at his prime those years and seeing pictures of him in 73-74 i just can't believe that his weight was only 240 pounds.He looked much bigger than that.

Agree, I saw Arnold in 1974 in Madison Square Garden - N.Y.C and he was truly amazing. I just can't believe that Joe Weider could not hired a filming crew to film those amazing events back them. Believe me, Arnold was at his best in 1974 than in Pumping Iron. - Somebody's got to have some footage of that event. - Thanks. :)

I'm sorry but I did not make the video, I just attended the contest in N.Y.C (The 1974 Mr. Olympia) - Hopefully someone will uploaded it some day. Like I said, Arnold was amazing in that contest, I could not beleive the size and definition that he display at that contest. I truly beleive that Arnold will be remember for the next 1000 years like he mentioned in the movie Pumping Iron. He was and will always be the greatest Bodybuilder of all times. - Thanks.
