  • DONT FUCKING BE SHITTING ON NESPRESSO IF YOU DON'T KNOW JACK ABOUT THE MACHINES OR THE COFFEE.THIS COFFEE WILL NEVER BE MORE THEN 90 DEGREES CELCIUS AND ONLY 1-2% OF THE WHOLE WORLD'S HARVEST IS GOOD ENOUGH QUALITYWISE FOR BEIN USED FOR THE BLENDS OF THEIR FAMOUS COFFEES.THINK THIS SAYS ENOUGH.

  • Had the same issue and was making the same mistake. Don't push the froth setting to minimum - that gives you a cool result. Pull it out somewhere closer to maximum and the coffee is almost too hot to drink (on mine anyway).

  • @peterdwilliams the ideal temperature for a nespresso shouldn't exceed 90 degrees cvelcius, otherwise you are burning all those good aroma's away :)

  • A cappuccino or cafe latte is not supposed to be boiling hot, there is no problem with the machine, De Longhi is an Italian company and in Italy a cappuccino is drunk quite quickly and not sipped like a hot cup of tea or filter or instant coffee, and a cafe (espresso) is drunk almost instantly. Go into any bar in Italy and you will see. If you want Italian style coffee then maybe this isn;t the machine for you. If you want Starbucks type coffee then buy a different machine.

  • Dear Dunnoandy. Either you work for the company and are doing a really poor PR job since you seem to watch and comment only on Nespresso videos showing problems and then insult the person posting, or you have some strange fascination with very boring videos that are generally meant to show Nespresso what the problems are. I do plan to write to a reporter-friend who is doing a feature on companies who have very poor social media responses directing him to your posts.

  • You clearly have a faulty machine my friend (it happens!)... call customer services like a normal person!!!

  • I've been dealing with Nespresso customer service since September for my CitiZ machine which doesn't froth. They really don't take responsibility---no shock that their machines don't work. They tried telling me it's user error---IT'S JUST A BUTTON TO PUSH. I'll never buy another Nespresso machine, and wish I never bought the one I have. Useless.

  • I didn't see a lot of coffee come out of this machine but I did notice far too much milk for the size of cup! Go back and read the instructions under "adjusting quantity" reduce milk but add more hot water! Simple my latte's are fine. This machine does work ok don't be put off by this video guys n gals! X

  • This sucks I m gonna buy a Magimix

  • Ha Ha, I love the nespresso guy's comment. We don't 'deserve' this kind of video - chill out man. This guy just wants a hot cup of coffee! You would think after spending 250 GBP that you boys at Nespresso would guarantee that. I have the same machine and the same problem. So, I microwave my milk first which guarantees a hot cuppa. I like this machine well enough, but if I could do it all again, I would get an old fashion machine with the crank. capsules are expensive.

  • I just bought the same machine and I have the same problem ! None of my lattes or Capucinos are as hot as the used to be with my previous "dolce gusto" machine.

My machine is BRAND NEW and I use it accordingly to the instructions.

I think it is a design flaw. That machine CANT make hot lattes.

  • And after reading your description know that there isn't a SINGLE machine that doesn't work decently its 99% the users fault. And i've seen some dirty ass machines some customers dared to send us back asking why the milk didn t come out anymore, when the outlet was simply clogged...did u ever try to take a paperclip and try to unclog any milk leftovers in the coffee outlet?

  • also notice that the milk should be cold

  • Are you using full milk? or semi-full?

And also is it fresh milk or did you buy it?

And jeeze if it doesn't work just call customer service they'll pick it up, give u a replacement machine and you'll have your machine back in no time.

But posting videos like this is seriously SERIOUSLY a bad idea.

i worked for nespresso on the technical department of the callcenter and we are all people glad to help you.

But we nor nespresso deserves this kind of videos.

  • @fruitysqueezer Did you bother to read the description? He indicated he had already sent it back to nespresso 3 times.

Nespresso deserves this video. If they didn't make faulty products they wouldn't deserve it, but they do, so they do.

  • @blackjeffrey1 Yeah i read the description and just as any other electronic device the can make a technical check up after the third time and if the machine indeed doesn't reach the temperatures or whatever it should be getting, they'll give you another one if the warranty isn't void yet.

So please, don't act like they suck, cuz honestly, they give the BEST customer service out there for being such a good player on the market.

  • @fruitysqueezer Why didn't they do that the first time, and fix the problem or give a new machine? You have them getting it, and not fixing the problem, that is very poor customer service.

You also have this in the description "They say there is nothing more they can do."

If they act like this, they do suck. They are not a good player, if they were, they wouldn't have patented their capsules and made them so expensive. They are a greedy, money hungry corporation just like so many others.

  • @blackjeffrey1 Dude who says that this machine wasn't repaired??

Who says that this customer didn't change the size of his cups for lungo larger than 60 ml which destroys the pump?

I dare to bet this customer didn't even touch his owners manual, just like any other customer. How can you blame nespresso if you didn't even read how to decently use this machine?

  • @fruitysqueezer It's meant to be an automatic machine. You put the pod in and the cup in, and push the button. A cup larger than 60ml should not destroy the pump, having more milk than 60ml might, but that should be prevented in the programing of the machine, so are you saying the machine is so crap you can break it, by using a setting on it to make it pump to much?

  • @blackjeffrey1 no, but u can reprogram the amount of the coffee per button by maintaining that button pressed. There is so much stuff that can destroy your machine like using a capsule for the second time and such.So yea

  • @fruitysqueezer Yes, I know you can change the amount of coffee per button and the amount of milk. If there are amounts that would destroy the machine, you shouldn't be able to select them. If you can, it is a very shitty machine.

You have in no way refuted any of my points, so admit that you have failed, and move on to some brain-dead moron who will believe your garbage.

  • @fruitysqueezer The manual says it can go up to 200ml of milk. The only warning is if you use too much (over 150ml) you need to wait 5 minutes so it doesn't overheat, not so it doesn't produce that is too cold.

So not only can you break the machine by using a setting that is given to you, there is no warning in the manual. Face it nespresso sucks, and you just show how much, as you are hear lying to defend them. If they really were good, they wouldn't need you to defend them.
