Well well well, the problem is, in france, the "old" generation (40years old and more) are not used to speak english, they learnt english when they were young, then they forgot a lot.

But actually, all the student (well, ok, maybe not ALL, but at least a lot) are able to speak a fluent english, because a lot of us are studying abroad.
