@mrOffworldpad it looks to be an s2000.. i have one, and the rubber has those slots where the s1000 doesnt. its an amazing stand, but not tall enough for me for snare pad.. but im almost 6'3 so its understandable. if i put a pillow under the pad its good

watch you left hand.. tylerraemusicbay described it wrong... sorta.. like yeah in between middle and ring, but the stick should sit on your ring finger nail.. its weird, but correct.. otherwise, the tuning of your pad is excellent

Not to bash your technique but I can totally tell you're a Tenor play your left hand is totally too tense. I would suggest going back to basic eights and letting you left hand naturally curve around the stick. If you don't have to force your fingers to do it, you're doing it right (that's what my percussion instrucyor says anyway) good luck to you though bro love the stuff.

Make sure ur left hand is completely relaxed so ur midlle finger can naturally curve over the stick. Your whole grip seems kinda forced. Oh and be sure the stick rests on the first joint of your ring finger.

@a7xdrummerboy It's a slightly accented note. For instance, if taps are at 3 and accents are at 9, then a note with a line over it would be at 6. If I'm wrong, someone please correct me.

in general im not a drum corps expert, but as a percussionist, i just say that you look very tight and tense. relax your arms and wrists, and let your body be the alert one. and your left hand is slipping out of traditional grip. between your middle and ring finger!
