  • 初球のストレートヤバ過ぎ

  • 好快

  • 逆にこの映像はマートンの凄さを証明してるわ。

  • who the heck is murton

  • GO RANGERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • オークランド時代は大したバッターじゃなかったのにな・・・

  • you know who is the starting picher for America against japan in the wbc 2009? It's roswalt, he is one of the best pitcher in MLB

  • put the japan national team in mlb they'll win about 70-80 games a year... and the untied states national team isn't the full american package counting on the fact most of the player decline b/c it's their off season... reason all japan's players suck ass when they come to the U.S

  • @Tommyneog agreed. look at matsuzaka. he was unhittable in npb but hes not a batting ball thrower and no one knows where he is at

  • @mergerandaquisition His career ERA in Japan is lower than Matsuzaka's by 1. And is lower than Kuroda's by 1.6. It's not too optimistic to anticipate a great success in the US, I guess.

  • @ztrooo yes but at the same time, there were more home runs during matsuzakas career in japan. plus, todays NPB official baseball is way more pitcher friendly. matsuzaka was dominant among the pitchers in terms of numbers. today, look at top 20 pitchers in NPB- there are so many with ERAs lower than 2. darvish is good and i think he will succeed but i dunno about the word "GREAT"

  • @Tommyneog MLB and NPB seasons run at the same time, so if USA offseason= japan off season.... and actually some of the better japanese players in the US actually weren't as good in Japan, eg, Otsuka, Kuroda, Sasaki... I think it has much to do with the style of play

  • 控球完全失準~

    手套擺在膝蓋~

    他往肩膀高度投~

  • @sum520qq 去投投看...不要只會在螢幕面前講...

  • Who's Matsuzaka? LOL

  • caga uttc stzungo karatzinga = 156 kmh xD

  • Finally Darvish is eating some beef

  • @pf91rodman Will Darvish eat Matsusaka beef? LOL

  • He is very good but the level in japan is much lower. murton was a replacement level player in the MLB and in japan he broke the hit record. that is saying pretty much all about how weak japanese baseball is.

still darvishs stuff is really exiting. if he stays injury free he will be a great pitcher. but we can't really compare stats.

  • @dominikkeul

Jesus crist what a crap are you talking about.

Do you know which country won the WBC?

Answer is JPN, Usa lost the game against JPN.

I guess MLB is so weak and JPN is much stronger than USA.

And also they are all fat.

    They have just power.

And also , Murton was good batter in USA but his fielding was so bad .

He doesn't have nice arm and he is not fast,

  • @llabesabistigers ignorant fatass

  • @dominikkeul

Goose Gossage was just an old fart in Japan. The fact that he was inducted into the Hall of Fame is saying just as much about the MLB.

  • and he is coming to TEXAS.

  • 初球が球速以上にえぐい

  • 2012 Darvish vs. Pujols. Cannot wait!

  • he's really bulked up from other videos. lol

  • Rangers Prospect ?!?

  • he is the best pitcher all baseball story!!

  • Darvish made Murton look like the Triple A player Murton really is :)

  • You know the NPB is bad when the Cubs former bench player is the best hitter in the league

  • @benedictionk

Hitting a lot of singles makes him the best? Then, Ichiro must be better than Pujols.

  • @phineasNBJ Ichiro is a hall of fame player. 10 seasons, 200+ hits and .300+ avg with a ton of stolen bases and GG's which pujols cant do, especially the stolen bases.

  • @phineasNBJ Well some say that he is LOL

  • @benedictionk - lol he had one good year. Second year those NPB pitchers made adjustments and his batting ave fell dramatically..it's a stronger league than ppl think!

  • @benedictionk Cubs treated Murton like crap. Murton is actually a pretty good player. Don't know why he wasn't given a starting job long term. Dude is a good hitter. Of course, he won't hit .350 in the majors but he can hit for pretty good average and solid power.

  • @Konyak0 no he couldnt he wasnt a mlb player he was a AAAA player which is why he is in japan now see it all the time players too good for minors not cut out for majors. dont get me wrong extremely talented but just not enough for mlb

  • @ecow24 Wrong. Players that are considered "AAAA" would be players like Dan Johnson. He wrecks AAA but can't in MLB. Matt Murton has a .286 career average in MLB. That's solid. In fact, it's above average. To say otherwise is laughable.

The only reason he's in Japan is not because he had no success in MLB, but because he was sold to the Hanshin Tigers by the Rockies.

  • you know NPB is bad if Matt Murton is a star their

  • @Tommyneog

The Hall of Famer Goose Gossage was an easily inflammable gas can full of old fart in the NPB. The MLB must be bad then.

  • 214 hits in japan...272 hits in 5 years in the majors...he's a bum

  • @eolshans1 sporadic playing time in those 5 years, he was a useful player that was cheap

  • He may be throwin' 98 mph, but damn, he can't even hit his spots! If he could hit his spots, he'll be unhittable. He's still a beast though.

  • マートンのアメリカでの評価ってやっぱこんなもんなんだな

  • He definitely looks good, but it's no achievement beating matt murton..he's awful

  • @eolshans1 Actually, Matt was responsible for one of his losses during a tie braker.

  • @eolshans1 Murton broke Ichiro's season hit record at 2010 with 214 hits.

  • MLB !!!

  • The dvabel Yes i have heard through the grape vine that he is coming to America next year. But I have heard that he only wants to play for one team and will take a next to nothing deal over 10 to 15 years. He has been secretly in negoitiations with the Kansas City Royals. He wants to be on the Royals hall of famw qall at the K next to Splitttorf, Quisenberry, Leonnard, Mayberry, Otis, Patek, White, Wilson, Saberhagen, And Brett.

  • follow through reminds me of Lincecum a bit

  • catcher OHNO!

  • Love too se Darvish in a Cubs uniform!! Matt murton was a cub awhile back ago!

  • 156km=97~98mph

  • Comment removed

  • @farm902wine531 96.933905988972 mph dumbass

  • @giraphalokks Welcome to Japanese baseball...

  • @giraphalokks How? lol

  • @giraphalokks How is that a balk? :|

  • @giraphalokks no hes not!!!

  • @giraphalokks he balked like 10 times hahahaha

  • darvish is over 230 pound now

  • @2hemispheres2 no he's not..he's 185 lbs

  • @gd6585

    No,he is 230 lbs now.

His weight increased in 2010's off-season weight training.

  • @gd6585

he said he was 230 pound on twitter.

  • Pinstripes??

  • @Autogodkho I hope so. But if they do get him I pray to god he ain't a bust like Kei Igawa...
