  • morrreee!! muchas gracias bert!:)

  • I didn't get any further than the opening titles too long no need !!

  • That waz great thanks :)

  • Hi Bert!

Good videos from u. Question - By using all this non-destructive features in Adobe, what if everything goes corrupt and you need to reinstall the apps. How can you make backups so that you store all the information so that after a reinstall, you have everything back to normal?

  • Your into and advertisements is toooooo long

  • One suggestion: The video tech is missing his/her cues...please cut to the screen when the trainer begins to demo...I see no reason to wait...?

  • Liked Frederick Johnson's teaching style (and just discovered this great teaching network!)...Keep him coming back! Thanks.

  • I prefer photoshop and multiple layers you can get much more out the image.

  • hahahaha commercials on youtube hahahahaha

  • wats with the LONG LONG gay video intro??

  • Outstanding Video, never seen such a professional video ever in my last 13 years of browsing :). Great Job ... keep it up... gives very good insight on Lightroom 2

  • Tip: Skip to 2:30 mark to begin the actual tutorial and skip the looooong intro and advertisement.

  • yeah that's ridiculous. way way too long.

  • Great instruction, thanks!

  • Thanks very much....

  • y cant i import my RAW pics in LR 2?? i'm using Canon 500D

  • LR2 has a built-in raw plugin. According to the Adobe website, it says LR2 supports the canon 500d. If not you should try downloading the photoshop camera raw plugin (2.3 or later).

  • yea you can, i have a 500D as well and it works great! goodluck

  • I worked at studio on lightroom 1 and I cannot tell you how much hell the lack of local corrections made my life.

I think I would have lived 5 years longer had I been working on LR 2.

    Great Video and Great Guest!

  • Impressive Work. Such professional Videos are rare in the Web!

    5* :)

  • @swordfish171 Yes. Considering Revision3 is an internet TV Network, and most of the cast/team of Revision3 are ex-TechTV employees, they've had plenty of years of experience on global television. :P

  • WOW u really sold out

  • RAW doesn't stand for anything it just means this is the photo you took in it's RAW state. If your camera is set to shoot jpeg it will first shoot in RAW then decide how the picture would best look and finally convert that image into a jpeg. If you use a program like lightroom you have much more control of editing the image in RAW. If the image is underexposed you might be able to rescue it, in a compressed jpeg image chances are you won't be able to save it.

  • someone plz explain to me about raw and jpeg, i understand raw is better but my camera saves me photos as jpeg, sooo...ya also why, in simple words, is a raw photo better?

  • Because Jpeg is a LOSSY image file type. Every time you save an image as a JPEG it condenses the pixels trying to make it a smaller file. YOU LOSE IMAGE QUALITY EVERY TIME. RAW does not do that.

  • Very informative, nice intro.....

What are the specs on the tablet and pen?

That would be a nice addition to digital editing as opposed to the mouse.

  • awesome.

  • Frederick is amazing as an instructor. He did a great job and I hope to see more of him.

  • adobe lightroom 2 is amazing! im so addicted to it and i recommend it to anyone.

  • what is the serial number of adobe lightroom 2.5 for windows?

  • How did u make ure cool intro ? :)

  • hey I really want the theme song.. pllls....great show by the way

  • Could you make a mask like that?

Bert: Uhhh.. Well not that quick!

Haha Bert was about to school that fool.
