Nope! The city council (and the planning people, I guess) made the decision back in the 70s that Winnipeg would be a "freeway-free city". Really stupid decision!! Just try getting around here in a hurry. Ain't gonna happen.
@lgcrooks dude you can get around quick you just need to speed :D be a street racer and fly threw traffic unless its just car to car ofc but it can be done by taking shortcuts haha
cruise night on portage and main is a big thing, car shows through out the city, and there is still those few other guys that street race from light to light or till the cops catch them
