Yes you have to impeach both Bush & Cheney and the others, not only Bush, otherwise - if the impeachment is successful - Cheney will become president and that would be even worse.

Not much support from Democrats, which is a pity. Bush/Cheney and neocon thinkers like Kristol, Feith and Frum need to be in jail actually and the best is to start such a process the day after they leave office.
