thank you Elliot for sharing, Plus I love her stuff, I really Liked Seeing that, Plus the Colors are Great!! She in Some ways Reminds me Of Me and how I Feel Especially THE Idea of...Making Bigger Pieces. VEry nice artistichicana, OH Yes...I have a new Video Very Soon. Okay Bye for now.
This is a nicely done documentary. I enjoyed it very much. I relate to what she says about the creative process, about not being able to predict what you are going to do, even as you direct it and about the importance of emotional involvement. The music feels exactly right for her and her work. Good luck on the upcoming show! Her work is beautiful.
WOW ! I love this video! real and Raw, I can relate to how she struggles to explain her work, Creating art is such a personal thing, and what you experience when you are creating, or what you are thinking when you are creating is part of being in the creative moment. Don't ask me to remember what I was thinking 20 minutes ago.lol
Exceptional videography, Music and production were phenominal Elliot. And What a wonderful artist to boot! I love the angles you used here. Her paintings are wonderful too!
Elliott, this is such a wonderful vignette. I understand her process. We get an idea, we begin it, and then we fall into it. My pieces are never done really. Often, I think they are done and then months later after looking at them, I change them. I relate to Liz's style and process. Although my work is far different, we still are of the same ilk. We have a plan, but then the painting reveals itself. Thanks for posting this.
we both got nailed on copyrights for this song and were punished with ads. how rough?

Wonderful abstracts. Liz is right. Every artist gives a snippet of their life through each piece of art created.
