  • why panic? that's just Will Hamilton smashing a ball on court.

  • hahaha thats EXACTLY what i did! my building started to sway back and forth and i just had this wierd look on my face....like wtf???!!! good times!

  • You do look freaked out. Pretty funny. Thanks for sharing, but, really? You call that an earthquake!? Now, your bookshelf falling down, or your house being tossed clear off of its foundation, THAT would be an earthquake. signed - "a Californian fan"

  • You have a funny face

  • Ha ha funny dude...

  • Tiny Earth Quake. Just a burp. I've been in a 7.2 and never freaked out. I've been through at least 4 total quakes in California.

Large portions of Manhattan New York are built on nothing but land fill. It's also the most densely populated of the 5 boroughs.

If there was a major earth quake, large parts of New York would simply disappear.

  • face at 1:02 is priceless

  • you should look at his face ... damn scary :)

  • Lol

  • damn this guy is a boring radio host it puts me to sleep u wanna see real hosts for radio tim and sid uncut on itunes avaliable on every weekday around 5-6

  • 5.9 ...? it's not crazy :P umm i've experienced a 7.8 earthquake in Japan ...

  • @AnnaJR2010

Ummm, so, because YOU experienced a 7.8, everyone's feelings are somehow invalidated? Well, EXCUSE US, your majesty.

  • @rabidrabbitshuggers ... 5.9 is nothing everyone around the world who get earthquake's daily are laughing at you guys..

  • @AnnaJR2010

Golly gee--oh Wise Dictator of The World! Those people who experienced an earthquake for the first time, and reacted accordingly, must be shunned by YOUR laughter? Oh, Heavens to Betsy! How will we bear the shame?! But YOU have so decreed--people other than yourself deserve to be mocked for their fears, and those with SUPERIOR earthquake damage should laugh at them. Oh the shame!

On another note, do you seriously lack cognitive skills that detect the sensitivity of others?

  • @rabidrabbitshuggers ... my first earthquake was at 5 years old , it was a 6.5 and i wasn't scared ... it's just an 5.9 earthquake man! it's not gonna kill you..

  • @AnnaJR2010 *facepalm* The earthquake is not the point. How would you feel if you had been molested as a child, and as a adult, you confessed this to a counselor, only to have him/her turn to you and say, "So what? I was raped! Your feelings are shit compared to mine. Allow me to laugh at you!"?

You know what? I'm gonna drop this. I wish you luck and I hope your callousness and denseness does not prevent you from living the best life possible.

  • i live in northern pa, i thought my cat was pawing at my computer chair, i turned around to tell him to stop, he comes running out of the bedroom. thats when i noticed the tv swaying back and forth. it didnt shake enough to knock anything over, but more violent (my second quake virginia). i felt one before but just enough so the window reflection on the screen of my laptop go up and down, this one was above ottawa canada ealier this year. i sure loved that face you made, that was funny;)

  • yeah and ill be laughing when the westcoast completely detaches from united states in the year 2050 lol

  • I wonder if people in the east coast think "how do people in california able to go through this?" lol cuz i think the same when the weather gets cold at 40 degrees hahaha or with one to two inches of snow on the highways haha

  • I was sleeping when it hit, didn't wake up so it wasn't too bad XD

  • mommy! mommy! the earth moved! I'm scared!...My garden chair tipped over! HELP ME! BOOHAHAHAHAHA! East coast whimps!

  • We Angelenos have been laughing for days, over the over-reaction of the East Coast wimps. In LA we use 5.8s to stir our coffee! HAHAHAHAHAHA

  • @jjgreek1 Just like we laugh when you get half an inch of snow and the city shuts down. I mean, when it's not already shut down due to budget shortfalls.

  • @Harv72b mommy! mommy! a CD fell out my book shelf! I"M SCARED! mommy! mommy! boohahahahah

  • Damn thats crazy but your facial expression is priceless.

  • first times are always freaky. what's worse is waking up and running out of your house at 4am with a 8.1 earthquake, which was interesting.

  • @Godblessusa70 Obama was in Martha's Vineyard MA!!! I'm a die hard Dem...but brother PLEASE!! Spend your vacation in one of our amazing national parks!! Stupid stupid.

  • Best vid I've seen on the Virginia Quake. Gives a real sense of the time elapsed. I guess I woke up quick, Hey!!..I work nights. Your mic shaking gives a good feel of what it was about. I know on the East coast we got nothin' on the West as far as quakes. But this was a new experience for millions of us over here. Only the most precarious of items fell over at my place.

  • WHAT HAPPENED DUDE SHAT YO PANTS

  • gotta love his face XD

  • That guys face = HILARIOUS

  • Hilarious!

  • your face was priceless!!

  • Look Like U Just Shit Ya Self....

  • Ian, you look even goofier than normal. That's not easy to accomplish!

  • russian HAARP

  • Maybe this'll shake up American tennis!

  • @dudebro14 haha, I hope so!

  • Rhinoplasty and Chin Implant. URGENT

  • That's called a WTF look on his face. Earthquake yesterday (in the NE and in Crado) and oh BTW a cat 3 hurricane for the weekend. Mamma Nature is off her meds again.

  • It's called a CREDENZA and not CREDENTIAL !

  • @yawben I was talking about the media CREDENTIAL hanging on the wall :)

  • It was probably Will Hamilton hitting a smash on the court

  • @23viktor23 haha, nice

  • Put on a clean pair of underwear mate :)

  • ur face was pricless haaha

  • Nice, Ian. Here in Indonesia earthquakes are far more common, but nevertheless unsettling when they occur. I loved the expression in your eyes.

    Stay well.

    Mike Hughes

  • you look funny in panic mode ut happy to hear your ok

  • It's called a credenza, not a credential. LOL

  • @BroadwayBill Hehe, he did mean his credentials: his ID badge and lanyard hanging on the right side. :)

  • @BroadwayBill I was talking about the media credential hanging on the wall :)

  • I was at the national tennis center in NYC at the qualies when it happened. It was dramatic...the stands, overpass and huge lights on the grandstand were visibly shaking for about 20secs. We evacuated the underpass seating area and were all about to jump onto the court where Tipseravic and Somdev Devarrman were practicing!

  • @xman4un Wow, that's crazy! Glad you're ok :)

  • I guess no earthquake drills on the east?

  • @jaarcibal It's just that earthquakes are about as rare here as snow is in the Bay Area. Remember that if it does, stock up on bread and milk to prepare for the end of life as you know it! That's what everybody will do here whenever we have even a threat of a dusting of snow.

  • @barryc261 I thought everyone practiced stop, drop, and roll.

  • @jaarcibal Yeah, I guess that would work if the earthquake caused the building to catch on fire...

  • Your look was priceless. LOL

  • wow, your face was priceless! good thing the earthquake wasn't too bad. glad you and your family (as well as studio!) are good and well.

  • This is so funny!!!

  • If you lives in Taiwan for a while, you'll get used to it. I was once in a meeting with corporate and the lighting hanging from the roof swang from one side to another during a "short" earthquake. The local told me to stay calm...

  • Join the west coast son! We get that 'look' about once a year out here in CA. Believe me, you never get used to it...

  • Ok...

  • hahahahahahaha. dude, i've experienced quakes since the 70's in los angeles. that was nothing.

  • Dear in the headlights haha

  • Cute reaction. Thanks for sharing.

  • LOL I think I had the same face.

  • bewildered O.o

good to know that everyone's fine.

  • where were you going at the end? to change your shorts.

  • This was the best video about this earthquake so far!!!!

  • xD I'm in Maryland and I had the EXACT reaction because it was also my first earthquake

  • glad you and your family are okay. thanks for sharing some humor =)

  • @weksa :)

  • glad to see everything is fine :D
