* Idea * i believe that the Majority of " ALL " people are of a peaceful disposition, world peace would be easy to accomplish * Remove ALL Governments from power and control.
i think we have all been * Dictated * long enough, let the people base the laws on human rights and what is best served for all. foreign trades would consist of natural resources and technologies ..... NOT Weapons of mass destruction!

are you proposing peace is the absence of war?
are you proposing that war is obsolete?
at what point would a mass murderer or murderers being resisted be war, or would it always simply be a police action?
i am somewhat confused at the solutions and definitions proposed here..
