Failing to fix HOA wrongs

I've seen too much abuse by HOA's to ever join one.

Ruling party has no obligation to any individual nor any higher government body. They have the near absolute power, just short of getting away from murder.

Regarding election fixing,

Management company quote: "HOA is not a democracy, it's a corporate."

District attorney quote: "HOA problem is the same as landlord vs. tenant dispute."

The constitutions have been undermined by tyrants who get elected and stay in office -the democratic principles no longer apply due to apathy of the electors...we don't vote. Democratically elected representatives do not walk the hallowed halls of our republic. Laws that undermine the bill of rights - begets this reign of terror called Mandatory HOAs - laws written by self-serving legislators. Thank you for putting this together, George.
