@coondogtheman1234 just make sure you have flashplayer installed first then on youtube just scroll all the way down until you see pc site or full site and go to that. Make sure you on the browser settings plug ins are set to always on.
@wackyworld1000 i heard that in june flashplayer will come out. Im concerned about how it will perform now that it will be integrated with the browser as far as "lagging" issues go.. should be no problem with wi-fi, just wondering how it will handle with 3g.
Does Droid have Flash lite? Some of my members who own the moto droid cannot view the videos I post on my site. I and many others can on HTC Hero(sprint). If you own a moto droid please reply to this message.
No. ONLY the Motorola Devour has Flash Lite; it's currently the ONLY android phone WITH flash thusfar. You need to be "Special" to have a flashplayer on the other versions of the android phones. Needless to say, FULL flash, 10.1, IS coming to ALL android devices sometime THIS YEAR.
@HeyitsJohnNerdBlog. Wow... okay, how about I reword that... devour is the ONLY ANDROID PHONE that *ships* with flashlite. Out of the box, flash works. No need to root it, it works as is. Also, devour has 1.6OS. Ask me how I know, dude. I'm replying to you from it. My g1 does not have it. Now you know. Thanks. NO flash for stock DROID. Not yet.
I felt like correcting you a bit. I hope you don't mind.
I own an HTC Hero and it comes with Flash Lite. I can watch movies, etc. So yeah, the DEVOUR is NOT the only android phone that "ships" with flash lite.
Oh, and if you could do me a favor, I'd appreciate it.
If you go to LinkFlix . com , can you watch the movies found there? Report back when you can, please.
@TheMovieLinker I stand corrected! I looked up on the net and I missed that one, so that's my bad, lol. I tried with my g1, i cant view linkflix but I only tried two links, but yeah... Two strikes.
Thanks for the info on the hero.I like learning stuff before i talk so...of course i feel stupid for having spoken. Needless to say, i like learning new stuff even more, lol.
Bro, it could of been Dolphin Browser. Or another type of browser that supports pinch zoom. Also the European version phones of the Droid allow pinch zoom in. GJ on the Failure.
i can pinch and zoom on my droid so that proves nothing at all that this isnt a droid and they HAVE flash player working on this device just not released so im sure you can get a hack to get it working!
@imurdaddy25 This is unmistakably a Droid based on the keyboard layout. This person appears to have gotten their hands on an early release of Android 2.1 and Adobe Flash 10.1, of which does have Pinch-To-Zoom now.
how does youtube work on the droid? I mean if you went yo the normal PC youtube page.

The Devour is not the only phone with Flashlite. All HTC phones running Sense 2.1 have flash, the G1 has flash, as well as some other phones

@DaFonser It doesn't even have to be the dolphin browser. Most, if not all rooted ROMs are using the Milestone browser.

@imurdaddy25 True on an unrooted Droid you can't zoome like an iPhone. But on a rooted one like mine, and the one in the video, Droid Does.

Do another video with you zooming out so we can see the whole phone, and you navigating the website and seeing flash, show different sites & talk.
