Please help me out anybody! So i turn my phone on and i get to unlock screen, everything is normal. when i unlock it i get the notification bar and a black screen. I can use the notification bar like normal but i cant open anything. Please help me out! I appreciate any suggestions.

I get to the menu screen, but can't move up or down or select any options? No buttons work once i get to the menu screen.

Alot of times this dosent work for people..the Hard Reset simply wont work...I actually found a way to fix this if the hard reset dosent work...anyone looking at this video and your hard reset dosent work...check back in the few days on my videos im making an instructional guide

Yes...this takes you back to factory default settings. Like when you first purchased the phone.
