the first game was a classic despite the horrible voice acting, but still it had some of us playing the game with the lights on. the rest of em are still great games; they just didn't have the horror music like the first game, and plus the first title was new and fresh! Despite it all like jordymacca said they do need to bring back the zombies or just mix it up with the current virus; give us a new survival horror!

The dark corridor at 9:09 is not unknown. It was used in the remake in 2002, you have to fight with the snake in a libary, this corridor leads to it. At 9:11 i think it is the balcony from the remake, at 9:14 it is from the cave near Lisa's room - it's in the remake as well.

cuando yo jugué al RE5, lo único que sentí fue la desesperación de que los zombies de áfrica no me alcanzaran y me caguen a hachazos o palazos...

el peor que jugué fue "RE: Survivor", si lo sabés jugar bien lo podés terminar en 1 hora como mucho... (continúa a continuación este comentario)

el resident evil 1 realmente da terror, y los siguientes que salieron a la venta que no perdieron su esencia de "survival horror" fueron *RE2*, *RE3*, *RE: Code Veronica* (aunque este último lo único que no me gustó fue la música en el juego, y de terror no tuvo nada) y RE0 ...

este juego dejó de ser lo que era a partir del *RE4*, aunque las únicas partes que me hayan dado un poco de miedo o desesperación fueron únicamente cuando Leon entra... (a continuación sigue mi comentario)

I suppose now. I say they should go ahead and actually make it how they originally intended and release it seperatly, I mean they have already remade it like HOTD and we already have gun survivor 2 (FPS version of code veronica).

Id be interested to see what they originally had planned, including all original graphics etc.

Resident Evil 1 Beta originally spoke of Trevor and his wife Jessica and Lisa, it was originally gonna be alot like Remake AKA have Lisa as a monster chasing you, RE beta had diaries that told you about Trevor and his family and the house, the writing on the wall was supposed to be Trevors handwriting but then that story was scrapped and later on remade in the form of Rebirth for GC, which has everything that was cut out from the beta.

Theres RE1.5, 70-80% complete, RE3.5 and so on.

Dewey? You mean Edward Dewey? There was a character in RE0 with the last name Dewey, hes the guy, who is apart of STARS and dies right at the start of Zero on the train.

Resident Evil series, so much stuff taken out or scrapped, reminds me alot of Legacy of Kain Soul Reaver 1 because that game originally went up to Raziel killing Kain and then killing the whole vampire race, seriously the game was already completed and then they took out half of it, so that they could change the end.

By the way, you know if you look on the back of Resident Evil Directors Cut for PSOne, you will notice that theres a picture from the beta version AKA it shows Jill in that hall with the spider instead of the dogs.

I agree, the first PSOne Resident Evil was the best. It had B-movie undertones to it and was scary and daunting to get out of the mansion.

They do suck tbh. Res4 is better than res5. The scariest thing about res5 is the bug things that kill in one. The DLC is scary but yh thats it. Res4 was kinda scary but not anymore. If RE6 is cumin out they need to change it again cos these parasite things suck. Theres no puzzles and for god sake its day time in half the levels.
