If you are going to pretend you have experience by using the slang, you might bring it off better if you could recognize 20kg bumper plates and knew what bars commonly weighed.
uhm, you delete my comments? how cute! anyways, No, im 15 years old, i dont recognize " bumber plates " how the hell should i know about them? im just saying they LOOK LIKE 2 WHEELS! damn.
You also said they could hardly be 60 kilos. Think a little about how much lifters like to be told their lifts are frauds. That's how you set the tone with your first comment. And, you also made it clear you didn't know what you were talking about.
Depends on your goal. If you want to lift the heaviest possible weight, then you confront some technical issues.
But if you just want the most energy expenditure per rep, then technique is a lot less critical.
Looking easy can is either from great technique or surplus power. In my case it's surplus power. Because I catch the Olympic lifts very high, I have to pull them harder than people with "good technique". Which is OK with me. My goal is pulling hard.
Obviously strength is a big issue with lifts like this, but do you think that technique and timing of the lift is just as important? Good lifting though.. you made it look very easy.
your lifting 2 wheels? that can hardly be 60 kilos. LOOOL! old man

20kg bar + two 20kg plates = 60kg.
