@TheDarthChop The plant is likely root bound but you have to understand that a gardener growing for product will keep the plant saturated with water and nutrients so the adverse effects usually associated with a root bound plant do not apply. If this were a house plant receiving occasional watering and sub-part lighting, growth would definitely be affected. However because this plant has the best of both worlds it is strong enough to power through and produce great yields.

@TheDarthChop that plant had deff. been grown more than a month probably more than 3 months! especially if he was using cfl's, the roots are not pot bound because he is probably using enzyme products like hygrozyme which turn any dead root mass into food that the plant can use so gives him longer periods of time in the pot hygrozyme is amazing and is the standard in a lot of peoples gardens even mine i reccomend this if you wanna stay in a smaller pot

@itsfxckindavid Hmm, if you're trying to save money and you only have 4 plants. I would recommend that you use 4 or 5 cfl lights (the bulbs that lok like spirals). They are extremely cheap (like $3-$7 depends on where you get them) and perfect for small grows. BUT, make sure you have it close to your plants (about 3-4 inches away, and use reflectors because the colors needed from the light are not concentrated which is what the reflectors are for. Hope this helped!

@ltmaddness277 Lol no. Completely the oposite. Sativas have long slim leaves that are more spread apart, like his plant. Indicas have more short and broad leaves that usually touch eachother. Most strains are hybrids anyway, which means his is most likely a hybrid.
