ah such good memories, it was the second sim city that i have played, the first 1 was the Sim City 3000, but my dads(Pentium 1, 10giga of HD) PC couldnt handle it, then he bought SimCity 2000, ah those were good times, now i have sim city 3000 and 4+exp. I miss so much this game, i keep remembering, futuristic cities, the debug menu, the cheats, the arcologies....

PRISCILLA=DEBUG MENU /IMACHEAT=500.000 those were my favorites.

After maxis released Sim city 4 rush hour, this amazing game has stopped to come out... Wright left maxis less a year ago, now this company is only a name owned by EA, sadly. A shadow of the past :( .

Anyway, another software house (montecristo) has developed a new title who seems to get back to SC 4 by improving it... I say Cities XL! :-)

i have nothing against COD since it is a good game and has great action and graphics but you are right about SC societies. It seems like a total bullshit game thats based in a fairytale. SC 4 is 8 years old and will always be the best because people still play it and sites like simptropolis still have mods and pluggins available for the game. yep, sim city 4 is still gonna reign until sim city 5 comes out.......hopefully

sorry, My sim city 2000 game actually came out in 2003 (A rare type) an hade it orchastrated, what i meant was that it had MEGA trumpets, I didn't hear the trumpets a first, but I do now.

This came out in 1993. It bought it when it came out. Its a great game. A classic amongst simulation based games and paved the way for Maxis to create other games including Sim Tower, Sim Copter and all the other sim based games

I remember this game well, was my first SimCity Game, when i had a Maxis Game pack with loads of Sims games and extras. About 1999. I love the song, but SimCity 3000 really improved over rthe SC2k, and of course SimCity 4 really nailed it and it is the best of the best. While SimCity Societies sucks a lot! I wonder why Maxis stopped developing future SC games even the Sims game =(
