  • Thank you for your time showing us the fundamentals rather than showing us someone blasting at pads. I am learning how to fight and my teacher always begin classes with footwork and basically almost an entire hour on it for 4 months now. i never found it boring call me crazy but I love the basic stuff. I'll spend 10 rounds just on jabs on each arm. I love it.

  • foot work ,power step, is too ofter over looked , coaches are scared there students will get boared and quit if pushed too hard on this very importent movement.

foot work is of the utmost importance .

every thing comes from the ground up..

after basic foot work comes measurement of stride and synchronization ..

THE BASICS OF BOXING MUST BE LEARNED AND MASTERED BEFORE A BOY SHAVES!

MUAY THAI TAKES 5 YEARS MINIMUM TO LEARN THE BASICS..

START YOUNG AND GROW INTO THE SPORT .

  • This stance looks very strong yet still very aggressive for a first strike or even a brutal counter-strike.... @_@

  • this is very good.

I LEARNED THIS IN WESTEN BOXING SECOND YEAR.``PIVIOT STEPS.

EVERY ONE NEEDS TO KNOW AND EXECUTE THIS VERY IMPORTANT TECHNIQUE!!

  • Simple to understand thanks

  • good video, keep them coming!:)

  • very good
